Higgins Construction PLC is the main contractor appointed for the GBP 4 million refurbishment of nine 4-storey housing blocks on the College Place estate in the London Borough of Camden The Essex-based company confirms that the majority of the budget on this external works contract is allocated to the replacement of window DGUs, as well as to structural concrete repairs
The construction work begins on site later this month, with residents remaining in-situ throughout the project.
Shepherd Epstein Hunter is both the client's contract administrators and architect.
