Higgins names new head of business
development
Ashley Powell is the new head of business development at Higgins Construction PLC.
Ashley Powell is the new head of business development at Higgins Construction PLC, appointed after 11 years with the GBP171m-turnover Higgins Group's specialist regeneration division, where he most recently worked within the pre-construction team for projects across London and the South-East Forty-six year-old Ashley moves to the Essex-based company's business development team after recently working on a challenging GBP52 million regeneration project spanning two London boroughs
"It is obviously an exciting time for regeneration specialists in the region, following the Olympics announcement," said Ashley.
"Our focus will remain however, to support all clients to meet the Decent Homes challenge set by the Government, whilst promoting the massive gains possible from partnering overall and in the detail through utilizing Modern Methods of Construction.".
