Higgins Construction PLC is appointed main contractor for the £18 million Granville New Homes project.

Higgins Construction PLC is appointed main contractor for the £18 million Granville New Homes project that kick-starts the £1bn South Kilburn regeneration programme for the London Borough of Brent.

This first 93-week project will create 110 new homes in four blocks rising to seven storeys with a youth facility and landscaped pocket park designed by Levitt Bernstein Associates for the three-acre greenfield site.

Higgins intends to begin on site in June working to a JCT Design and Build 2005 contract.
