Higgins Construction PLC confirms it is the main contractor appointed for a £15 million development of 116 mixed-tenure homes being developed in Rotherhithe.
Higgins Construction PLC confirms it is the main contractor appointed for a £15 million development of 116 mixed-tenure homes being developed in Rotherhithe in partnership with a consortium of two registered social landlords, London and Quadrant Group and the Presentation social investment agency The 10 blocks designed by PRP Architects will rise to six storeys-high on the Silwood Estate, where five blocks are being demolished now by Falcon for Higgins to begin the 120-week construction programme in April
