to Crawley
Higgins Construction PLC confirms it will bring affordable housing to Crawley within a 21.3 million pound development of 176 homes for mixed-tenure.
Higgins Construction PLC confirms it will bring affordable housing to Crawley within a 21.3 million pounddevelopment of 176 homes for mixed-tenure in partnership with their sister development company Higgins Homes and Moat Housing Group, having just achieved detail-planning approval this month The construction team begins on the greenfield site known as Appletree Farm in July for a two-year programme to develop the houses and apartments designed in concept by Oxford-based architects Roger Evans Associates
The architecture division of Baily Garner has subsequently developed the working drawings for the design.
Baily Garner is also both the employers agent and QS.
The engineering consultancy for both civil and structural works is the Thomasons team from their London office.
