Higgins Construction mixed-tenure homes
Higgins Construction is main contractor for development of 24 homes for mixed-tenure in Brentwood.
Higgins Construction PLC is the main contractor appointed for South Anglia Housing's GBP2.4 million development of 24 homes for mixed-tenure in Brentwood when complete in January 2008 The site will require demolition of 16 vacant bungalows, for Higgins to begin construction of 18 homes for affordable rent and six for shared ownership
The traditional design of houses and flats (in a 50/50 mix) is by Baily Garner architects.
The brick and block based design includes a mix of mono and duo-pitched roofing, black weatherboard cladding and oriel projecting windows.
Calford Seadon is both the QS and employer's agent.
