Hi-Tec Spray Ltd has secured a substantial order for air spray equipment from one of Europe's leading garden fountain and statue manufacturers - thanks to its first-class product knowledge and excellent customer support.

Henri Studio (Europe) Ltd turned to the Maidstone, Kent-based surface coatings specialist after deciding to replace its aging ITW Binks equipment at its factory in Highbridge, Somerset, which serves garden retailers in countries right across Europe including Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.

Hi-Tec Spray provided Henri Studio (Europe) with five Graco Hi Flow circulation systems to agitate, feed and circulate material around the company's existing pipework system to the factory's finishing locations and spray stations.

Henri Studio (Europe) factory manager Dave Smart said: 'The new equipment has helped us to improve the quality and consistency of our painted finish.

We are convinced we will make savings in production as well because now we only have to change 205-litre drums instead of topping up 10-gallon pressure pots.

We chose to place the order with Hi-Tec Spray because of their product knowledge and customer support.

They have always made courtesy calls to us, even when we have not been buying anything.' Henri Studio (Europe), sister company to Henri Studio Inc USA, the world's largest designer and manufacturer of fountains and garden statues, will be using Hi-Tec Spray to update and replace equipment on a regular basis at the factory.

While most of the servicing of the equipment will be done in-house, Henri Studio (Europe) will be using spares recommended by and purchased from Hi-Tec Spray.
