Hi-Tec Spray is promoting and supplying a new range of spray painting, pumping, dispensing and line-striping equipment from Graco.

Surface coatings technology specialist Hi-Tec Spray is promoting and supplying a new range of spray painting, pumping, dispensing and line-striping equipment that has just been launched in the UK by leading North American supplier Graco.

As the number one distributor of Graco equipment in Britain, Kent-based Hi-Tec Spray is now rolling out these new products to customers from its national network of equipment hire and servicing depots covering the North West, Midlands, South West, South, South East, East Anglia and South London.

Graco's new range includes:.

* The Graco 390, the newest in Graco's line of small electric sprayers.

This entry-level unit, which replaces the Graco 190ES, now comes with a high-pressure filter and hopper as an optional extra.

The unit, which is only available to key Graco accounts, also comes with a heavy-duty four-legged stand and is fitted with a swivel inlet suction hose as standard.

Pressure control is mechanical and can be used at pressures as low as 11 bar, making it ideal for applications such as pesticide injection and crack filling.

* A new, low over-spray kit is now available to be fitted to any Graco airless unit.

The kit has been launched to assist with external airless spraying to reduce over-spray and, unlike rival kit on the market, it's not exclusive to one type of paint or manufacturer.

* The GMax range of petrol-powered pumps has a new addition - the GMax 3400.

This entry-level pump, available only to key Graco accounts, replaces the GM3000.

New features include electric pressure control, new flow-through paint filter, new clutch system and front-lift handles to make transportation easier.

* The GMax 7900 has been updated.

The unit is now lighter, which means it can be transported more easily.

The biggest difference is the Pro Connect wet end, which can be changed on site in just 30 seconds.

* The LineLazer 3000 has been upgraded to the LineLazer 3400.

The flow rate has increased by 20%, there is 10% more pressure available and the new unit has a front wheel that can turn to make directing easier.

There is also a hydraulic LineLazer available for where petrol units can't be used, such as inside buildings and factories.

The LineLazer range, which is ideal for striping everything from roads to sports fields, has a new cart design, including a new dashboard with easy-reach control.

The gun kit can also be mounted on the rear of the cart to achieve straighter lines and there is a new design on the bead dispenser.

* All LineLazers can now be upgraded with the new turf kit so they can be used to mark lines on grass.

The unit is light, easy to transport and simple to control.

The pressure is factory set so lines are brighter, sharper and uniformed and there is no damage to the grass.

The new range is available from Hi-Tec Spray's depots in Maidstone, Dartford, Stowmarket, Southampton, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol.

Hi-Tec Spray is also a leading distributor for other top international manufacturers, including Wagner, ITW DeVilbiss, Binks, Kremlin, Sames, Iwata and Sagola.
