One company to have benefited from Hi-Tec Spray's bespoke designs is MFI.
The leading UK furniture retailer asked Hi-Tec Spray to produce a custom-built system that could mix and dispense an adhesive to bond the finish to various furniture items, such as kitchen cabinet doors, on both the automatic and manual application lines at MFI's Stockton-on-Tees plant.

Hi-Tec Spray has also designed and installed several systems for leading pharmaceutical firm GlaxoSmithKline, to apply lacquer to tablets produced at the company's Crawley plant; and has designed, built and installed equipment for the world's leading manufacturer of solar power generation systems, Sharp Manufacturing Company of UK, to enable it to seal soldered connections inside solar modules for use in residential systems, office buildings, solar power stations and beacons.
Garry Dowling added: "Over the years we have also manufactured several systems worldwide for the application of two-component paint material.
Most of these systems are based around the Graco two-component pump system but they have been designed and manufactured to carry out particular processes such as internal and external pipe coating, tank coating and anti-skid road materials.
Our systems are in operation in countries across the world, including the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Libya, Egypt and throughout Europe.
We have also done a number of bespoke plant installations, including equipment such as spraybooths, drying ovens, pre-treatment plants and conveyors.
It doesn't matter how small or large a company might be - if they have a surface coatings problem then Hi-Tec Spray has the expertise and skill to deliver a solution that meets specific customer requirements".
