Warner Brothers turned to Maidstone-based company Hi-Tec Spray for help with outrageous and eccentric sets for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
When top film-maker Warner Brothers wanted to construct the outrageous and eccentric sets for the latest multi-million pound blockbuster, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, it turned to Maidstone-based company Hi-Tec Spray for help Hi-Tec Spray supplied the specialist paint spray equipment to help produce the backdrop for the lip-smacking fantasyland of chocolate rivers, waterfalls and edible trees at Pinewood Studios

Hi-Tec Spray In Water Supply Project In Libya
Hi-Tec Spray has won contracts to help supply one of the world's largest underground water distribution systems being constructed in Libya.
The equipment was hired from Hi-Tec Spray's Dartford depot, which serves London and the South East and which is part of the company's national network of depots offering spraying, coating and finishing solutions to the painting and decorating industry.
Depot manager Kevin Newton said: "The set designers had very specific requirements and turned to us because we have experience in supplying paint spray systems for set design - we supplied equipment for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and more recently Batman Begins.
We were delighted to be involved in such an exciting project and think the end results look great on the big screen!".
