Tudor Oak, which is relocating from Cranbrook, Kent, will use the booth to apply the final lacquer coating to its solid oak reproduction furniture.
The pieces, which are 'distressed' and coloured to simulate the warmth and character of genuine antiques, are sold throughout Britain as well as being exported worldwide to countries as far afield as Japan and Russia.
Douglas King, Tudor Oak's works director, said: "This kind of spray booth is ideal for applying the final coating to our furniture.
We do occasionally still use traditional hand polishing techniques if customers request it but spraying cuts down on labour costs and offers a very high quality, more durable finish".
The 5m-wide booth, manufactured from Hi-Tec Spray's quality galvanised steel sheet panels, includes fans, filter frames, filter media and ducting, as well as an extraction tower and glazed panels of Georgian wired, polished plate glass in the roof.
Hi-Tec Spray director Steve Cooper said: "We have supplied a number of items of spray equipment, such as guns, to Tudor Oak so we were delighted when they turned to us to supply their new spray booth".
Hi-Tec Spray has a national network of equipment sales, hire and repair depots, and acts as a distributor for leading international manufacturers of spraying, finishing and pumping equipment, including Graco, Wagner and ITW DeVilbiss.
