Halfen new Powerclick 63 Framing System

Halfen's new Powerclick 63 Framing System provides strength, simplicity and ease of erection.

Designed to provide mechanical and structural engineers with a versatile and flexible alternative to conventional structural steel for both beams and columns, Halfen's new Powerclick 63 heavy duty framing system combines strength with simplicity and ease of assembly The power comes from the design of the system's single basic profile, with the well known Halfen channel encapsulated in a box section which creates great torsional strength and safe load distribution

This profile together with a full range of standard adjustable fittings including base plates, multi-functional brackets and beam clamps, make up a very simple system that can be assembled in any configuration to meet a very wide variety of framing requirements.

As with all Halfen profiles, standard T-head bolts face-enter the channel and are adjustable to any point.

Profile and brackets can be pre-assembled and components accurately located.

Powerclick 63 can be fixed directly to structural steelwork or bolted back to reinforced concrete.

Cast-in channel provides an ideal fixing to concrete.

The system can also be simply dismantled and re-assembled as required.

Supplied in lengths of 3 metres, the box section profile incorporates a toothed channel which will accept Halfen toothed T-head bolts for the quick and easy connection of pipe clamps and other fittings.
