Halfen Brickwork Supports, Ties And Windposts
Halfen have produced a comprehensive ranges of brickwork supports, restraints and windposts that are described and illustrated in a new brochure.
Working closely with the architects and Bansal Builders, the brickwork contractors, Halfen supplied HK4 brickwork support brackets in grade 304 stainless steel tailored to the requirements of the building's details.
The brackets were secured into Halfen 38/17 HTA channel that had been cast into the face of the floor slabs.
In place of the traditional expanded polystyrene filler, the channel was supplied with Combi, a reinforced polyethylene filler that can be pulled from the channel in one continuous strip.
This enabled brickwork to proceed more quickly and for the filler to be disposed of more economically. Request a free brochure from Halfen ...
