Halfen improved Detan Tension Rod System
Load bearing capacity and efficiency of the carbon steel range of the Detan Tension Rod System have been improved by the addition of larger diameter rods and the use of higher strength material.
The load bearing capacity and efficiency of the carbon steel range of the Detan Tension Rod System, available in the UK exclusively from Halfen, have been improved by the addition of larger diameter rods and the use of higher strength material Four new large diameter rods now expand the range up to 95mm, whilst the material for existing rods from 16mm to 60mm has been upgraded from 355 N/mm2 to 460 N/mm2
Finishes available have been rationalised to either hot dip galvanised or black components.
In addition to upgrading to higher material, sizes from 16mm to 60mm will also be supplied with larger diameter pins for connection to the structure.
In order to fully utilise the increased capacity of the range, connection plates should be fabricated from 355 N/mm2 carbon steel. Request a free brochure from Halfen ...
