Horstmann Controls Warm Front room 'stat contract
Horstmann Controls Limited has won the contract to supply its ThermoPlus programmable room thermostat for heating systems installed under the Defra funded national Warm Front scheme.
The new, improved range offers a choice of one, two or three channel control, ensuring there is a ChannelPlus programmer for almost every central heating system variant - combi boilers, gravity or pumped.
By following the menu-driven programme on the screen, setting or re-setting the programmer is simply achieved.

Specifications for the new range are as follows: 3 channel ChannelPlus H37XL electronic programmer: This 3 channel, 7 day programmer features independent settings for hot water and two heating zones and offers 3 on/off periods and boost and advance features.
Designed for use with fully pumped central heating systems where separate timed control of two separate heating zones is required in addition to hot water - to meet the Part L Building Regulation as detailed earlier.
2 channel ChannelPlus H27XL electronic programmer: A 2 channel, 7 day programmer featuring independent settings for hot water and central heating and offering 3 on/off periods and boost and advance features.
Designed for use with most types of gravity and fully pumped central heating systems.
Also available in a 24 hour version.
Single channel ChannelPlus H17XL electronic time switch: A single channel, 7 day time switch programmer suitable for combi boilers and offering 3 on/off periods and boost and advance features.
Designed for use with most types of central heating system requiring single channel time control.
Also available in a 24 hour version.
