Hotchkiss Air Supply warehouse to expand again

Hotchkiss Air Supply has expanded it warehouse facilities at Wombourne

In order to be competitive in today's markets it is imperative that distribution processes including purchasing and stock holding are centralised to allow maximum efficiency and control.

Hotchkiss Air Supply has therefore expanded it warehouse facilities to over 13,000 sq ft.

This expansion is part of a continual improvement programme already in place at the Midlands headquarters.

George Latimer says, "Unfortunately it has been necessary to close our Maidstone distribution facility from immediate effect and move stock holding and purchasing up to Wombourne".

"However, the news is definitely not doom and gloom and we see this as a positive step in improving our overall customer service".

"We are already committed to opening a new sales branch in Rochester of 6000 sq ft which will employ 4 of the team from Maidstone and will specialise in spiral production.".
