A Rolawn product story

Rolawn's Medallion Turfmaster 1300 rolls have recently been used as part of a major restoration programme at one of Edinburgh's most famous city centre gardens.

Edinburgh City Council appointed specialist sports contractor Sportsmasters UK to undertake the project which included returfing Princes Street Gardens, the horticultural centre of Edinburgh which lie beneath the castle and is an extremely popular lunchtime refuge.

Cedric McMillan, Rolawn's Sales and Marketing Director commented "Rolawn Medallion turf was selected due to its enhanced performance, superior wear and disease resistance".

"The large format 13m2 rolls were used due to the vast expanse to be turfed".

"This reduced labour time and ensured rapid establishment in readiness for the main tourist season".
