Hulse wins second Jupiter contract

Hulse (Electrical Contractors) to provide the full building services for Phase 3 of Birmingham's prestigious Jupiter housing development by Redrow Homes.

Adding to its already impressive record of contract awards, Hulse (Electrical Contractors) Limited has been appointed by Laing O'Rourke Limited to provide the full building services for Phase 3 of Birmingham's prestigious Jupiter housing development by Redrow Homes.

Hulse's GBP 2 million design-and-build M and E contract for Jupiter Phase 3 has been awarded following the company's success on the previous phase of the project.

The works involve the provision of all services to the 250 luxury apartments, studios and penthouses on seven floors, and their associated communal areas, which include two underground car parks.

Special features of the installation, which are designed to complement the secure and luxurious living environment provided by the development, include video and data, with the provision for both satellite and terrestrial services.

Security systems include access control with an integrated closed-circuit television facility.
