Hallmark aluminium decorative residential doors

Hallmark believes it has resolved the issue of panel failure in PVC residential doors with the development of a new range of Aluminium Panels that also offer superb aesthetics and durability.

Hallmark has spent two years developing the panels in pursuit of providing a solution to the eternal problem of distorting PVC decorative panels, particularly those with wood grain finishes, to offer installers a new edge with a distinctive door product.

The company, which is one of the UK's largest manufacturers of residential doors and composite cladding panels, has engineered what it believes is an excellent alternative to both higher quality PVC decorative panels, and composite doors.

Hallmark has succeeded in producing a range of panels available in four wood grain finishes and any RAL colours.

The wood grain finishes are foiled with the nature of the aluminium skin providing a more distinct and authentic grain.

Mouldings, also produced using high-grade aluminium extrusions that are welded and milled for superb quality and feel, offer an appearance that is far more distinctive than pressed panels.

The key, however, is that due to the minimal expansion and contraction properties of aluminium compared to PVC, Hallmark Aluminium doors are not subject to the stresses that result in the failure of PVC panels.

Warranty replacements are therefore expected to be virtually eradicated with the new door.

Coloured panels are produced using Hallmark's sophisticated powder coating plant, with a virtually limitless range of RAL and solid colours available in 30 traditional and contemporary designs with a superb catalogue of decorative glass inserts.

The Hallmark Aluminium range is ideal for matching aluminium window framing and significantly broadens the choice for private home owners and commercial specifiers, with orders available with a 10 day turnaround, including RAL colours.
