It is now widely recognised as the UK's definitive survey of working satisfaction.

Hydrock has earned a place in the top 25 companies for the fourth consecutive year.

The survey includes questions on a range of issues; leadership, wellbeing, work/life balance, personal growth, pay and benefits.

Companies are assessed on the views of their own staff and independent researchers.

The survey also closely examines and evaluates each organisation's key statistics, processes and policies.

Brian McConnell has been managing director of Hydrock for 14 years.

He is committed to maintaining the company ethos despite the current economic climate.

The awards were announced at a ceremony in London's Battersea Events Arena on Thursday 25 February, where Hydrock personnel received the prestigious award.
