SuperFlush system reduces servicing
HygroMatik's SuperFlush option dramatically reduces servicing requirements for the company's humidifiers.
The leading humidifier manufacturer has seen the SuperFlush system specified on the majority of orders for its electrode humidifiers, and it comes as standard in its heater-type (resistive) humidifiers SuperFlush creates additional turbulence in the steam cylinder, breaking down scale and suspending more in solution, reducing the need for descaling

HygroMatik new high pressure AHU humidifier
New high pressure humidification and percent cooling solution from HygroMatik, the HygroMatik HDS, offers the very latest in energy efficient and hygienic AHU humidification.
A heavy duty blow-down pump is activated during partial drain-downs, and this removes a large proportion of scale deposits, doubling or tripling the life of the cylinder.
When the cylinder does need de-scaling, HygroMatik steam cylinders are split in the middle for extremely easy access and chemical-free cleaning.
This, combined with the use of temperature and age-resistant materials, high-grade stainless steel components and a fully-maintainable design, extends the lifetime of the humidifiers and makes servicing simple and cost-effective.
HygroMatik's electrode HyLine and CompactLine systems provide an efficient and environmentally friendly solution for steam humidification.
These intelligent self-adjusting units monitor requirements and choose the most economic mode of operation to ensure optimum efficiency, all within a single unit of between 5-116Kg/hr.
The heater-type HeaterLine and DemiLine systems provide exceptionally accurate control of +/- 1% when using demineralised water, and operate at steam generating capacities of 6-90kg/hr.
Correct humidity levels play a major role in achieving internal room comfort conditions.
A relative humidity (RH) of 50% at a temperature of 22C enables the occupants to feel warm, whereas an RH of 20% at 28C can sometimes leave the occupants feeling chilled.
In addition, the correct level of humidity not only improves room comfort, but can also prevent dry skin and sore throats.
As an effective total 'solution provider' from specification through to contractors and end-users, HygroMatik offers a full range of long-lasting and easily maintained electrical, isothermal and adiabatic humidification systems.
