Since joining in January, Lakhvinder has been leading an analysis and implementation study, which will enable the further development and expansion of Ian Williams' all encompassing maintenance service.
Lakhvinder explains the changes planned: "We are currently in the process of evaluating, assessing training needs, and undergoing further dialogue with the likes of Corgi and NICEIC.
Once we have completed our compliance assessment a pilot scheme will be introduced across the business".
