Property service company Ian Williams recently announced a 52% increase in the major projects pipeline.
Property service company Ian Williams recently announced a major projects pipeline figure of GBP930m, a 52% increase on the year before and the best in the company's 60 year history The announcement follows strong results in the year to 2006 which saw sales increase from GBP78.7m to GBP91.5m and a 30% rise in order book growth

Ian Williams Group, one of the UK's leading property services companies, has passed 100% every audit set by Serco Docklands, operators of the Docklands Light Railway.
The first four months' trading in 2007 has seen a further boost in sales with figures up 20% on a like for like basis on the same period last year.
The property service company recently entered into its first Private Finance Initiative with the London Borough of Brent.
The agreement, worth around GBP28m, will see Ian Williams delivering a full facilities management service to around 500 homes in the Borough over the next 25 years.
"Profits increased by 20% last year to GBP2.5m," said Managing Director Alan Soper.
"Our latest figures, particularly when viewed alongside our future prospects and major projects pipeline development, put the company in a commanding position as we go into the second quarter of 2007.".
