The programme Ian Williams and Fata He are developing will help participants put their knowledge of other cultures into everyday working practice, to appreciate cultural diversity without fearing it.
Ossie Glover, Fata He's Chief Executive, says: "We are encouraged by the positive stance taken by Ian Williams in wishing to improve cultural awareness across its workforce".

Fata He's role is also to build confidence in the public, private, voluntary and community sectors through its Cultural Competence Awareness Training Programme.
