Ian Williams signs Partnering Charter with Gloucestershire Housing Association.

Ian Williams, one of the UK's leading property service specialists, has signed a Partnering Charter with Gloucestershire Housing Association (GHA) to demonstrate both parties' commitment to work within an environment of openness and integrity.

The Charter's key focus is delivering better services to residents by improving customer service, increasing satisfaction levels among customers and completing the programme within time and budget.

It also states how these goals will be achieved, through systems including open communication; a 'Right First Time' approach; investment in training and respect for diversity.
