Ian Williams has just signed a three year Decent Homes contract with Adur District Council worth GBP2m pa.

The property specialist will be replacing and renovating the kitchens and bathrooms in approx 250 homes pa covering the Adur area between Brighton and Worthing.

"Ian Williams was chosen following a full public procurement process," explains Charlie Strong, Building Surveyor at Adur DC, "and initially worked alongside another company in the pilot scheme".

"Ian Williams was best by a long way, we knew within a few months".

"Ian Williams works the way we like - efficient, informative and most importantly client friendly.

An important factor in the decision to award the whole contract to Ian Williams was its high score in the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - near 100% across all areas.

These included the time to complete each property, reportable accidents on site and most important of all, resident satisfaction.

This is one of the many Decent Homes contracts Ian Williams is delivering across England and Wales including Tamworth, Solihull, Plymouth, Cardiff, Slough and Corby.
