Ian Williams wins two-year renewal contract worth GBP4.5m with Mercian Housing Association following three years of general maintenance work on 2,200 properties.
The contract is for general building on Mercian's homes, mostly in Birmingham and the Black Country, but also extending into Shropshire Leading property service specialist Ian Williams won the renewal on its previous high-quality service and good relationship with residents, whose feedback was key to Mercian's decision
