Property service specialist Ian Williams secures contract to provide response and planned maintenance for Warwick District Council's 11,000 homes.
The contract, which started in April, is renewable year on year and is worth GBP750,000 pa.
John Broadhurst of Ian Williams Birmingham commented: "As always, customer satisfaction - both the residents' and the client's - is of paramount importance in fulfilling this contract".
"We treat our residents' homes as we would treat our own".
Warwick District Council awarded the contract to Ian Williams because of its professional approach, realistic pricing and the quality of previous work.
