Resident engagement in renewed agreement
Tamworth Borough Council has renewed its GBP1 million property service contract with leading property service specialist Ian Williams.
The two year agreement (with an option to extend by a further year) covers repairs and redecoration of the Council's housing stock and includes innovative measures to encourage community support and involvement in the project Ian Williams is producing a Residents' Information Pack to keep members of the community informed and measure their satisfaction with the progress of works
