New General Manager for Ian Williams

Charlotte Bent has joined Ian Williams London as General Manager to develop further long-term agreements with clients.
This new appointment confirms the property services specialist's continuing investment in best practice, and its investment in the London area Charlotte previously held a number of senior posts in the property services industry and was also Housing and Repairs Manager for South Bedfordshire Council where she drew up several partnering agreements
She brings valuable experience to Ian Williams from the perspective of both supplier and client.
Charlotte comments: "I see my role in Ian Williams as providing a firm base from which to develop the delivery of response and cyclical maintenance and to encourage the move towards more partnering agreements".
