Charlotte Bent has joined the award-winning company as general manager for the London division, having previously worked as an operations director at Accord Plc.
Prior to that, Charlotte worked as housing and repairs manager at South Bedfordshire District Council.
Charlotte's role will involve overseeing Ian Williams' two units in London and a unit in Maidstone, as well as developing more long-term partnering agreements with social housing clients and helping the London division to win more business in the commercial sector.
Among the division's key clients is housing association Family Mosaic, with which Ian Williams has teamed up to support community initiatives such as a paint recycling scheme for local groups.
