Teign Housing partnership with Ian
Williams
The contract, worth GBP1.2m per annum, will see Ian Williams take responsibility for responsive repairs and void works to association's 3,500 homes.
The deal offers Teign, based in South Devon the opportunity to develop an open book contract and includes the provision of a dedicated resident liaison officer employed by Ian Williams Ian Flatt, general manager at Ian Williams, said: "We are delighted to have secured this contract"
