Icopal tops up on BBA approvals
Total of 14 roofing products have become the latest in the portfolio of building membranes specialist Icopal to win BBA accreditation.
Icopal already holds BBA approval on its range of bitumen waterproofing, DPC systems and tanking membranes as well as a range of certificates for its under-tile linings and breather membranes This latest Agrement Certificate (07/4409) covers the company's high-performance torch-on products and includes the Profiles range (Vapour Vent XL, Vent XL, XL Sand and XL Mineral), Total Torch Vapour control and dispersion layers, Tecnatorch, and Olympic Thermaweld mineral cap sheets, as well as standard and premium torch-on underlays

Its Agrement Certificates are recognised by specifiers and other industry decision-makers as proof that the products covered by them have been rigorously assessed, will allow compliance with Building Regulations to be achieved, and will last for a defined period.
Icopal is expecting additional certificates to be awarded later this year and next.
