Icopal extends its rooflight range

Icopal has enhanced its Dalite range of rooflights, accessories and glazing options, all meeting Part L building regulations for energy efficiency.

The Dalite range is designed for use with Icopal flat roof waterproofing systems, including reinforced bitumen, single-ply PVC and TPO, liquid, hot-melt and green roof systems.

The range is guaranteed not to leak, show excessive changes in colour or light transmission, and not to lose impact strength due to weathering.

The product range includes the fully-insulated Dalite Stratus featuring concealed snap fixings, and the universal Dalite Vista in square and rectangular domes and pyramids.

The range features Dalite access hatches; hinged rooflights that can be opened through 90deg to allow roof access, in the Stratus and Vista models.

Dalite Domes are designed to fit over existing kerbs in the refurbishment sector.

Dalite Vaults are a self-supporting continuous system ideally suited for commercial and industrial buildings.

All triple-skinned versions of Dalite Stratus, Vista, Domes, Vaults and access hatches meet current Part L building regulations for energy efficiency.

Glazing options in UV-protected polycarbonate include clear, bronze, opal and obscure are available.

Accessories include ventilation units, burglar bars, long arm and winding poles, and comfort packs which sense weather changes and automatically open and lose electric-hinged models when appropriate.

An Icopal-approved roofing system guarantee, which can be insuranced for 20 years, is applied when the system is installed by an IMA-approved contractor.
