The Institution of Civil Engineers' (ICE) 2005 State of the Nation Report will be published on Tuesday 18th October 2005.

The Institution of Civil Engineers' (ICE) 2005 State of the Nation Report will be published on Tuesday 18th October 2005 The report provides an overall appraisal of the condition of Britain's infrastructure, as well as taking a specific look at the state of transport, energy, waste, water and urban regeneration and design

It also comments on environmental and sustainability concerns and identifies the actions necessary to address Britain's infrastructure problems.

Previous reports have revealed a worrying decay in almost all areas and the 2005 Report promises further unpalatable home truths, which will greatly impact on the economy and people's everyday lives.
