The STREAMLINE SL-V is a new range of intensifiers from KMT Waterjet Cutting Systems.

Seven models are included in the new range of intensifiers from KMT Waterjet Cututting Systems that have a number of design functions to provide outstanding performance from a competitively priced product The STREAMLINE SL-V represents the first new product range since KMT Waterjet Systems acquired Ingersoll-Rand Waterjet Cutting Systems

It reflects the undertaking of KMT to build upon the established Ingersoll-Rand reputation with new innovative waterjet cutting solutions.

The new pumps are available in four different power ratings from 11 kW to 75 kW and can supply water at a pressure of up to 4,136 bar.

The range features a Moeller MI-4 control system which provides full operational control including access to individual components' alarm histories to achieve maximum lifetime usage.

The multi-lingual display also provides simple guidance through maintenance procedures.

A Soft Start feature provides users with up to 20% energy savings in power consumption when the pump is first switched on.

For example, the 37Kw pump only requires 63 amps start up current as compared with 80 amps for a pump without Soft Start.

The new Hard End Seal Cap (HSEC) topwork design is both compact and light weight.

It provides metal-to-metal seal eliminating rubber seals thereby reducing consumable costs and downtime.

The bolted end cap is also much easier to service at a minimum torque of 48 Nm.

With many companies planning for year-on-year expansion, the ability to feed additional STREAMLINE pumps into one common network is a major advantage.

Pumps can be connected to supply several cutting stations with high pressure water, thereby providing the facility for step-by-step increases in waterjet cutting capacity STREAMLINE intensifiers from KMT Waterjet Systems are renowned for smart design, ease of use, reliability and convenience.

This latest generation of intensifiers follows suit, with its comprehensive list of features ensuring all customers get maximum performance from an extremely competitively priced product.
