KMT Waterjet Systems, the leading worldwide supplier of intensifiers for waterjet cutting, will be highlighting its Streamline series of waterjet intensifiers at MACH 2006 The Streamline SL-V range has set new design and operational standards with the Hard Seal End CapDesign (HSEC) that simplifies servicing

It is both compact and light weight, provides metal-to-metal seal eliminating traditional seals thereby reducing consumable costs and downtime.

The bolted end cap is also much easier to assemble at a maximum torque of 48 Nm.

A Soft Start feature provides users with up to 20% energy savings in power consumption when the pump is first switched on.

The smooth start also keeps torsional start-up loads to a minimum.

The range features a Moeller MI-4 control system which provides full operational control including access to individual components' alarm histories to achieve maximum lifetime usage.

At MACH 2006, the Streamline SL-V 50 is featured on the stand and details will also be provided of the complete KMT Waterjet Systems range including the Abrasive Management System AMS 1 which provides the highest levels of accuracy, reliability and economy in continuous abrasive flow for waterjet cutting systems.
