New Streamline Classic model is ideal for single abrasive head cutting applications including cutting tiles, marble and granite.

KMT Waterjet Systems has introduced the new 30hp Streamline SL-V Classic intensifier.

Designed for both abrasive and pure water waterjet cutting applications, the new unit meets market demand for a completely self-contained, easy to hook up unit, in an affordable package.

This new Streamline Classic model is ideal for single abrasive head cutting applications including cutting tiles, marble and granite.

Alternatively, it can provide power for multi-cutting head pure water cutting.

It provides cutting pressure of up to 3.600 bar/ 52.000 psi with the reliability and performance equal to those of the more sophisticated KMT intensifiers.

Smaller companies, which run single shift operations or are just entering into the waterjet cutting business, will see this as a system solution incorporating many advanced features.

For example Hard Seal End Cap Design (HSEC) is now common to all high pressure Streamline SL-V series pumps.

The Moeller easy800 control system provides all the features needed to run the intensifier and operate the cutting machine reliably and economically.

The Softstart feature helps to save operating costs by reducing required start-up current, resulting in savings in electricity consumption and obviating the need for expensive modifications to the power supply.

The standard 30hp Streamline SL-V Classic package includes an integrated fan cooler which, with its preinstalled connections, can be positioned wherever needed.

An optional heat exchanger is also available.
