Feedline IV abrasive metering system
improved
New Feedline IV metering system from KMT Waterjet Systems means consistent high-quality abrasive waterjet cutting.
This can only be achieved with a consistent supply of abrasive to the cutting head and the new Feedline IV metering system from KMT Waterjet Systems has been especially designed to meet these requirements and significantly reduce the risk of production downtime Feedline IV supplies the waterjet cutting head with a constant and accurately metered flow of abrasive

New high pressure pump Streamline SL-V Classic
New Streamline Classic model is ideal for single abrasive head cutting applications including cutting tiles, marble and granite.
This accuracy ensures that when the abrasive reaches the mixing chamber in the cutting head, where it is mixed with water and air, there is no risk of blockage.
The abrasive outlet at the base of the Feedline IV unit has been completely redesigned.
For ease of maintenance, it now consists of a single component with no moving parts.
A T-piece water relief valve stops water entering the plastic hose through which the abrasive is transferred to the cutting head.
The abrasive is kept dry and in the event of a malfunction, production does not have to be interrupted to clean out the hose.
Another new feature is the inclusion of a quick release mechanism on the back plate for speedier access for maintenance.
Aside from these technical innovations, Feedline IV comes in a redesigned casing and the aluminium housings of the abrasive container and the metering wheel are now powder-coated.
This makes them not only more attractive but also easier to clean.
The redesigned Feedline IV is more compact, narrower and lighter in weight than its predecessor.
With a total weight of only 2.8 kg, it can be mounted to any type of waterjet cutting machine.
The metering wheel of the Feedline IV is also equipped with a shaft seal that ensures that no liquid can enter the control unit, and therefore there is no risk of a short circuit.
