IES launches new low-cost EPC software solution

New software package enables easy creation of Level 3 non-dwelling Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for England and Wales.

It offers the complete EPC solution for Level 3 - software, training, accreditation and support - all for one price.

The IES uses our CLG accredited calculation methodology, which is model-based and easy to used.

Another added advantage is the ability to compare this SBEM (Simplified Building Energy Model) calculated Energy Performance Certificate against a DSM (Dynamic Simulation Model) calculated one.

The IES software pack costs only GBP1000 plus VAT in year one (this includes the software, training and competence examination) and GBP500 plus VAT for the annual software licence in subsequent years.

Full access to our extensive technical support is also provided, for which users will receive free credits with each annual purchase.

Energy Assessors must be registered with an approved Accreditation Scheme in order to lodge official EPCs.

IES is in exclusive alliance with Stroma Accreditation regarding the roll out of this software, ensuring that all the required software, qualifications and accreditation is offered as part of one complete package.
