Drayton 'in touch' mobile phone service is helping installers to get the right products
Helping installers to get the right products installed quickly and accurately should be top of the agenda for all controls manufacturers, and is in fact the main aim behind the Drayton 'in touch' mobile phone service offering, to be launched later this month 'In touch', the unique and exclusive technical support service is a new free software programme developed by Drayton which can be downloaded and saved to a mobile phone , enabling on site queries to be resolved quickly and easily via a intuitive , menu driven application

Drayton has introduced two new programmable room thermostats - the Digistat +2 and +3, with both models available in either battery powered or mains powered versions.
The new technical help tool can be downloaded directly from Drayton Controls by simply texting the word "Touch" to 83338.
Installers will then receive the free programme which will provide the latest wiring diagrams, commissioning guides, compatibility guides and a store finder function , where they can locate their nearest wholesaler, and most importantly get a direct line into Drayton technical customer care.
Sean Collins-Powell, heating segment director at Drayton Controls, commented: "Our research has pointed out that installers appreciate having a friendly, informative technical help service and this is just what we are offering them, technical help available at their fingertips.
The free software can be downloaded to the majority of UK mobiles providing they have internet access.
We have had fantastic feedback on the trials of the new service and we look forward to being able to help installers with queries, when they need the answers the most.
Collins-Powell continued: "Within this age of instant information, many installers rely heavily on mobile phones and other forms of technology and it is important that, as manufacturers, we respond to this.".
