Improved Range Of MULTIZONER Wiring Centres

An IPPEC Systems product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Dec 4, 2003

Improved range of MULTIZONER wiring centres for radiators and Pexatherm underfloor heating systems.

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Since the launch of Multizoner wiring centres in 2001 many underfloor heating companies followed suit.

There is a need of wiring compactor to enable connecting all the individual room thermostats required with underfloor heating installation.

The demanding intricacies of such multiple control was beyond the expertise of the plumber and some electricians.

The Multizoner range of wiring centres catered for almost all control configurations.

Whether the system has radiators central heating, underfloor heating or a combination of both.

A solution to multiple problems The Multizoner I wiring panel is still a unique solution to controlling up to six heating zones and two timed hot water zone.

The built-in clock allowed the water to be heated on priority basis dismissing the need for 3-port diverter valve and also dismissed the need of end switches at the motorized valves.

'If only these units were available many years ago - No more headaches with all these wires' laments one plumber when discovering the Multizoner.

Multizoner II can now control up to 8 heating zones with the option of one of the zones controlling domestic hot water temperature.

It has an outside sensor to limit heat overshoot.

'Set and forget' type of control while maximising energy efficiency.

Multizoner II C with its outside and pipe sensor provides full weather compensation to heat output in the building.

This leads to the ultimate in comfort and energy savings.

The independently timed and temperature set thermostat ensures full control for different parts of the building and all from one heat source.

The newly launched Multizoner O is a mini version of the standard Multizoner II.

It can be used in the smaller dwelling and for extensions and conservatories.

It connects up to 4 thermostats controlling one boiler and up to 4 pumps or valves.
