For this venture, the company is partnering FirstAssist, the UK's premier provider of 24 hour legal advice and information services.
The confidential telephone legal service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with a team of 40 qualified lawyers enabling businesses to:.
* check their legal position before committing to a course of action.
* handle disputes of relatively low monetary value without the need to employ the services of a solicitor.
* identify those matters in which it is appropriate to employ a solicitor.
The pricing model for the service is based upon company size, calculated by the number of employees, ranging in bands from 1-10, 10-20, 20-50, 50-100,100-200,200-300,300-400,400-500 and 500 plus.
The entry level for a company employing between 1 and 10 employees is priced competitively at GBP250 per annum.
An 'HR bundle' comprising access to the legal helpline and IRIS HR Manager, costs GBP450 for a company employing less than 10 staff.
Martin Leuw continued: "The aim of the pricing model is to make the IRIS HR and Legal Helpline a highly cost effective option for smaller companies".
"Too many services aimed at this market are prohibitively expensive and we believe that it is the smaller companies that need the most help.".
