The company handles a variety of installations ranging from single site installations through to National Roll out programs, frequently, there are between 30 and 70 simultaneous jobs at any one time and multiple departments are involved in the co-ordination of each stage.

explained: "Sentimail is an ideal accounting tool for us as it allows us the flexibility to set our own criteria for business alerts which are either e-mailed or sent by text (SMS) messaging.
We will be able to alert the Project Manager when a job should have been completed, alert the accounts department when the invoice needs to be issued and if the invoice remains unpaid, we can alert the salesman to check with the customer that they are happy with the job and there are no reasons to withhold payment.
"With our current method of spreadsheets, there are so many opportunities for the system to fall down and it is also extremely laborious.
Exchequer is an accounting system that will allow us to drive the company forward in a consistent way".
Alan Griffiths, Sales Director of IRIS Enterprise Software said: "We are delighted that C.A.T.
has identified Exchequer as the business accounting software that will provide a solid foundation for their growth over the coming years.".
