Changes
Irwin Industrial Tool Company, the UK's leading manufacturer of hand tools and power tool accessories, announce several organisational changes to its Marketing team.
Irwin Industrial Tool Company, the UK's leading manufacturer of hand tools and power tool accessories, is pleased to announce several organisational changes to its Marketing team, following the appointment of Ian Watson as Marketing Director of the company's tool division for Europe and Asia Pacific Ian will be responsible for the company's new multimillion-pound Engineering and Design centre in Munich and all the Regional Marketing Managers will functionally report to him

Howard Jones, previously Sales Director for Irwin, has been appointed as Sales and Marketing Director for the company, replacing Ian Watson.
In his new role, Howard will lead all the Marketing team and oversee the day-to-day functions of the marketing department.
Linda Geary has been promoted to Marketing Services Manager from her previous position of Product and Channel Manager after 3 years with the company and will be responsible for the graphic design team and all advertising and public relations.
She will also supervise the launch of the Irwin brand.
Previously a key account manager in the Irwin Sales team and responsible for the builder's merchants sector, Andrew Traynor is progressing to Marketing Communications Manager and will be responsible for developing both internal and external communications activities.
Further changes include Tim Hearn, who joined Irwin in April 2002 as Product Manager for the company's Power Tool Accessory Range and has now been promoted to Group Product Manager, Power Tool Accessories.
Similarly, Andrew Kenny, whose previous role was Product Manager for the Plumbing and Bernzomatic ranges, has been appointed Group Product Manager, Hand Tools.
All managers will report directly to Howard Jones, who commented on the organisational changes: "The new appointments come at an exciting time in the company's development.
All the managers are highly experienced sales and marketing professionals with proven track records of significantly increasing business and developing brands.
"The appointments will further strengthen the sales and marketing division and will ensure that Irwin continues to develop as the UK's leading manufacturer of hand tools and power tool accessories.".
