The training will be held in Sheffield at Irwin's new product training centre.
These unique two-day customer training programmes cover product specifications and applications with hands on practical demonstrations and product trials, enabling participants to learn the features and benefits of all Irwin tools in a purpose designed environment.
Each day will include selling techniques, including the use of open-ended questioning to establish customer requirements.
Knowledgeable staff results in improved customer service and confidence in the products they are selling, which ultimately leads to more sales and increased profitability.
The courses are free of charge and will cover either hand tools or power tool accessories.
Places are strictly limited to 8 people per course to enable the Irwin training manager to offer one-to-one support to all participants.
On completion of the training courses each participant will receive a complete product guide featuring all the information covered in the course to provide them with easy reference to what they have learnt and a certificate in recognition of their achievements.
