Jon Dixon, the Irwin Jack Trade Marketing Manager commented on the theft: Unfortunately Irwin products are extremely popular and have long been the chosen tools for professionals.
This means that we are a prime target for opportunist thieves who know that there is a market for these products and they can move high numbers very quickly.
We are advising our customers to be extra vigilant at this time and ensure that they are only buying through a legitimate source that they know and trust.
If anyone has information about these saws or has been offered products that cause them suspicion, they should either contact their local police station or Jon Dixon at Irwin on 0114 2449066 or by email on jon.dixon@nr-europe.com.
