ISG has secured a circa GBP13 million project with Standard Life Investments at 12 Charles II Street, the Portland stone fronted commercial office building close to Haymarket in London.
The fast-track project, which is due for completion early in the New Year, sees ISG InteriorExterior fit out three floors of office accommodation, over 65,000 sq ft in total, across the two buildings to a high standard.
The scope of work includes the installation of raised access floors and suspended ceilings throughout, as well as equipping the floors with new mechanical and electrical services.
This latest scheme is ISG InteriorExterior's second project at the More London development, with the contractor currently carrying out a high specification fit out for international law firm Norton Rose, within an adjacent building.
David Lawther, CEO for ISG InteriorExterior commented: "The corporate office fit out market continues to prove buoyant within London and there are strong signs that this trend will continue with a pleasing range of high quality opportunities that ISG InteriorExterior is currently pursuing.".
