Second corporate fit out scheme at More London
ISG InteriorExterior has been awarded a project from More London Developments to fit out office space at 3 More London Riverside and 4 More London Riverside.
The project involves major internal demolition works to remove the existing nine-storey lift shaft wall to accommodate the new fully glazed lift installations, and significant remodelling of the existing ground and first floor reception areas.
With Investec remaining in full occupation of the building throughout the project, ISG InteriorExterior has adopted a highly flexible approach, carefully phasing the refurbishment programme and working out of hours to minimise any potential disruption to staff.
In addition to maximising the level of natural light entering the atrium through the lift enhancement work, the main reception area will be reconfigured and enlarged to create a double height entrance foyer, and a new coffee lounge area formed.
High specification materials will be utilised throughout the upgrade works to create a modern and stylish ambience for visitors, with new stone finishes applied to the floor and walls.
The phased project is due for final completion early in 2008.
Steve Trotter, Managing Director of ISG InteriorExterior commented: "As a business, we specialise in the successful delivery of complex and technically challenging refurbishment projects".
