ISG InteriorExterior has been awarded a project from More London Developments to fit out office space at 3 More London Riverside and 4 More London Riverside.
Since 1993, the contractor has carried out GBPmulti-million refurbishment and fit out projects in Sevenoaks, London and Manchester, as well as numerous schemes at the iconic BT Tower.
This latest project in Holborn sees the contractor strip out four floors of office accommodation, approximately 70,000 sq ft in area, and refurbish these to a high standard, installing new raised access floors, suspended ceilings and upgrading existing mechanical and electrical services.
The project is scheduled for completion by July 2007.
